The few healthy habits are those that harm our quality of life. It is important that you can give up bad habits for better health although it will not be an easy task.
Avoid the means or environments that favor consumption or harmful habit. It takes conviction and will, but you can also seek help. It incorporates new habits that contribute to feeling good, to have a healthy lifestyle.
What we can do.
Carry a healthy diet
Good hydration
Reduce stress
Eat fruits
Exercise
Sleep eight hours
Drink enough water
Take care of your body (skin)
Five meals daily
What we can't do.
Eat junk foods
Smoke
Don't sleep the sophisticated
Not exercise
Drink alcohol
Do not eat fruit
Self-medication
Unprotected sex
